Background: For a fair and probable means of recruitment exercises, reputable institutions have employed the services of FITC as their first choice in conducting Recruitment Screening tests and the use of other testing instruments as part of their overall selection process. Our clients in the public and private sectors from the financial sector and aviation sectors of the Nigerian economy, approached FITC in conducting their recruitment exercises into various cadres in the organization.
Solutions: For each assignment, FITC Consulting developed industry-specific and job-related testing instruments which were then administered under well coordinated testing environments across the various geo-political zones in the country. Background: Several organizations have become more aware of their corporate social responsibility (CSR), especially towards the young generation. FITC Consulting was the first choice in conducting unbiased and fair quiz competitions among secondary schools. Likewise, essay competitions among undergraduates nationwide on topical issues, especially those relating to the recent developments and reforms in the financial industry of the economy.

Background: Client desired an objective instrument to support its existing staff assessment processes in judging suitable staff for promotions and or deployment.
