In-plants Conducted for Clients
FITC Training provides training interventions for clients through customized training programmes. It conducts Training Needs Assessments (TNA), designing course curriculum and administration of the programmes with the active involvement of the clients. The in-plant programmes are cost effective and tailor-made to meet specific needs of clients.
Some of the courses that were designed and delivered by FITC Training, that have become the toast of institutions in the last three years include: Basic Accounting and Banking Law, Comprehensive Basic Banking, Enterprise Risk Management, Improving Personal Effectiveness, Fraud Detection, Prevention and Control, Advanced Credit Analysis, Effective Supervisory Skills, Basic Tellering Operations, Leadership Skills Development, Effective Internal Control, amongst others.

Unity Bank Plc
Unity Bank Plc places a high premium on capacity building of its staff members especially in the areas of Basic Accounting and Banking Law, Basic Treasury Operations Management and Product Development; these courses have been designed and delivered by FITC Training for the bank for three years consecutively. Two hundred and thirty-six (236) employees of the bank have passed through these trainings which took place at selected locations across the country.
Fidelity Bank Plc
FITC Training was contracted to design and deliver series of customised programmes for Fidelity Bank Plc in the last three years among which are Basic Accounting and Effective Internal Controls in Banks. A total number of one hundred and eighty-two (182) participants have benefited from both programmes.
Zenith Bank Plc
A course on Fraud Detection, Prevention and Control was organised for Zenith Bank Plc. The programme which was held between 8th - 29th March, 2008 had forty-seven (47) participants in attendance. |
