Background
There is a greater realization that earnings volatility in companies can be attributed not just to financial risk, but also the way an organisation operates on a daily basis. Changes in markets dynamics, procedures, technologies, and products have changed the operating landscape for many organisation thereby seeding the development of Operational Risk. As a result, institutions are demanding a high level of knowledge from risk management professionals on how operational risks can be measured, managed and controlled.
This course is designed to help risk management professionals implement operational risk management system effectively.
