Increasing global integration of financial activities, emergence of new financial products and increased level of competition have necessitated the existence of effective and structured risk management in financial institutions. Therefore, an organisation’s ability to measure and comprehensively manage risks is becoming a decisive parameter for its strategic positioning and sustainability.
In dealing with this critical issue of risk management in all its dimensions, FITC has designed a workshop for all stakeholders in the financial services sector. The workshop provides a unique opportunity for all stakeholders to discuss and chart the way forward on this important subject, within the context of Basel II and III provisions.

Auditors, Compliance Officers and other Senior Managers of banks and other
